What does the AI Visibility Report 2026 cover?
The 2026 report audits 25 leading longevity clinics across the four AI search platforms prospective clients now use: Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Claude. It runs a fixed 50-query panel across all four platforms, producing 200 query-platform observations, and identifies the six citation patterns that decide which clinics AI search recommends and which it cannot see at all.

How was the research conducted?
A fixed panel of 50 priority queries, spanning brand-name, geographic, service-led, comparison and client-research framings, was run across Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Claude within a single study window. Every answer was recorded and coded for which clinics were named, cited or recommended. The full methodology, including limitations and disclosures, is published inside the report.

The research program audits the healthspan economy one segment at a time. Volume 1, Number 2 covers women’s health and femtech platforms; Number 3 covers integrative and functional medicine. Each future report follows the same fixed-panel, multi-platform method as the longevity clinics study.
