AI longevity platform
AI longevity platform converting lab, wearable, and biomarker data into daily recommendations; hybrid B2B (SDK) and D2C.
A structured, evidence-led record of the organizations, modalities, and events shaping healthy longevity. Built to be read by people, and cited by the systems they now ask. On top of it, we publish the research on how AI search sees the field.
The Atlas
An industry-intelligence map of the premium healthspan economy: longevity and preventive clinics, women’s health and femtech, integrative and functional medicine, and healthtech and diagnostics. Reviewed, structured, and built to be cited, not a generic wellness directory.
AI longevity platform
AI longevity platform converting lab, wearable, and biomarker data into daily recommendations; hybrid B2B (SDK) and D2C.
PCOS care platform
Collaborative care platform for PCOS and complex hormonal conditions; founder diagnosed with PCOS herself.
Functional medicine telehealth
The Australian Centre for Functional Medicine delivers functional medicine primary care by telehealth to patients anywhere in Australia. Consultations, testing, and treatment plans run remotely, without a clinic visit.
Premium longevity diagnostics
Premium longevity diagnostics platform; YC-backed; $7,000-$14,500 annual.
Precision health and longevity clinic
Dubai's first precision health and longevity clinic, opened in 2024, pairing genomic testing with AI-led analysis and a multi-disciplinary medical team. A dedicated whole genome sequencing program, epigenetic testing and evidence-based biomarker analysis feed a personalized longevity plan rather than a standard annual checkup.
Hormone optimization network
Legacy hormone-optimization and age-management network across US.
Modalities
The interventions of the healthspan economy, recorded one at a time and graded honestly. Each modality states what it is, who it serves, and where the evidence stands, then links to the Atlas organizations that offer it.
Functional medicine is a systems-based clinical framework that treats chronic disease as the product of interacting genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors, using expanded diagnostic testing and personalized intervention to address underlying physiological imbalances rather than managing symptoms with a standardized protocol. It is well-evidenced as a clinical model, anchored by a 2019 Cleveland Clinic outcomes study, and is the most common clinical framework among Atlas-listed longevity providers.
Advanced bloodwork is an expanded blood panel used in the longevity industry that adds markers like apolipoprotein B (ApoB), inflammatory markers, and metabolic indicators to a standard physical's bloodwork. ApoB counts atherogenic lipoprotein particles directly and is recognized by cardiology guidelines as equal to or more predictive of cardiovascular risk than LDL-cholesterol alone, making it well-evidenced as a clinical risk marker.
Longevity coaching is a specialized coaching discipline that translates aging science into individualized strategies for extending healthspan, the years of genuine functional vitality rather than managed decline. It draws on the hallmarks of aging framework, exercise physiology, metabolic health research, and sleep science. Evidence for the underlying lifestyle interventions is strong; the coaching service format itself is classified as emerging.
Hormone panel testing measures sex hormones, thyroid hormones, and adrenal markers through blood, saliva, or urine to assess endocrine function, a clinically established and well-evidenced diagnostic method used in endocrinology for decades. In the longevity industry, it has split into two distinct commercial segments: women's menopause-focused hormone platforms and men's testosterone optimization platforms, plus standalone testing services.
Executive health programs are comprehensive preventive health assessments delivered by physician-led teams, typically in a full-day or multi-day format, combining advanced diagnostics with structured physician review and a written action plan. The underlying preventive medicine components (cancer screening, cardiovascular risk stratification, metabolic disease detection) are well-evidenced. The bundled executive health program format has not itself been the subject of randomized controlled trials.
Epigenetic age testing estimates biological age from DNA methylation patterns using algorithms such as the Horvath clock, GrimAge, and DunedinPACE. The clocks reliably correlate with chronological age and, in research cohorts, with mortality risk, but whether changing a clock score through intervention improves actual health outcomes remains unproven, making this an emerging rather than well-evidenced diagnostic.
Events
The conferences, scientific meetings, and investor gatherings that organize the healthspan year, verified against primary sources and cross-referenced to the Atlas.
The flagship report
We audited how twenty-five leading longevity clinics surface across Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Claude. Fifty priority queries run as two hundred query-platform observations. The findings map who AI search has already chosen as the category default, and which clinics it cannot see at all.
Three clinics in the panel produced zero observations across the full dataset, despite premium positioning and meaningful marketing spend. They are not weakly cited; they are invisible.
From Insights
2026
The Health Resort by Clinique La Prairie at Tri Vananda, Phuket, opening November 2026, and WellEra Bangkok, an approximately US$865 million BDMS and Capella development opening 2030, each describe themselves as the first of their kind in Southeast Asia. Both claims hold, because no register, standard or authority defines what a longevity destination is. This piece records what each party publishes, sets out the three distinctions that actually separate them and does not adjudicate.
2026
Two Italian instruments explain the shape of the country's private longevity market better than any commercial account of it. Article 8-ter types healthcare structures by delivery mode, so a longevity category has nowhere to sit. A 2015 ministerial decree confines non-routine advanced therapy medicinal products to research institutes, university hospital trusts and public hospitals, so a private clinic cannot lawfully supply them. Both are structural, and neither was written with longevity in mind.
2026
The longevity clinic category exists commercially and, in these four markets, not legally. Hong Kong regulates the premises under Cap. 633. Canada regulates whether a service may be billed to a patient. Thailand regulates what a facility may say about itself. Vietnam regulates the practitioner, on a five year cycle with a competency assessment phasing in. Compliance in one predicts nothing about the next.
FAQ
Healthspan Economy is the atlas of the healthspan economy: a structured, evidence-led record of the organizations, modalities, and events shaping healthy longevity. Alongside the record, it publishes original research into how AI search cites the field. Editorial, free to read, and free to cite with attribution.
The healthspan economy is the set of companies, clinics, and platforms whose work is to extend the years people live in good health, rather than simply the total years they live. It spans longevity and preventive medicine, women’s health and femtech, integrative and functional medicine, and healthtech and diagnostics. Healthspan Economy maps this field as an atlas.
The Atlas is a structured, reviewed record of the premium healthspan economy: the longevity clinics, women’s health platforms, integrative practices, and diagnostics companies building the field, the modalities they offer, and the events where they convene. Every entry is classified and marked up so it can be cited accurately, and it is free to read with attribution.
Each modality carries an explicit evidence tier: well-evidenced, emerging, or experimental. An honest record says plainly where the science is settled and where it is still ahead of the data, rather than presenting every intervention as equally proven.
Answer engine optimization is the practice of structuring published content so that AI search systems, including Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Claude, cite it directly when answering a question. Traditional SEO optimizes for a ranked list of links a person clicks. AEO optimizes to be the source quoted inside the answer itself.
The Atlas and the research are free to read and to cite.
