The published pathway runs four stages: intake and screening, diagnostics, drawing up a treatment plan, then a progress consultation. The operator states that a follow-up consultation is scheduled eight weeks after the treatment plan is set, preceded by a questionnaire, that the plan is adjusted if the consultation calls for it, and that a further consultation follows at three, six or twelve months depending on what is found. Progress consultations run in the practice, by telephone or by video, and in the practice when the Es Teck health scan is repeated. The doctor's consultation is charged at €195 an hour, VAT exempt.
