The Comprehensive Health Exam runs about 5.5 hours in one day and covers a preventive medicine consultation and medical history, full physical and functional inquiry, comprehensive lab panel, body composition, resting 12-lead ECG, VO2 max, exercise stress test, endothelial function, arterial stiffness, pulmonary function, cardiac ultrasound and carotid intima-media thickness, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, a musculoskeletal and functional movement screen, a personalized health report and a "1:1 Debriefing of Results & Action Plan". The Comprehensive Health Assessment is the streamlined option, excluding the specialized cardiovascular and imaging examinations.
