The 13th Aging Research and Drug Discovery meeting, ARDD 2026, runs October 1-3, 2026 at the David Rubenstein Treehouse at Harvard University. It is not in Copenhagen and it is not in August, which is where some calendars still put it. The ARDD 2026 event record carries the same dates and venue, read from the organizer’s own pages.

Where and when

The organizer, Insilico Medicine, gives three places on its location page. The main venue is the David Rubenstein Treehouse at Harvard University, 20 Western Avenue, Allston. A second on-site building is One Milestone, 1 Milestone Street. The sessions also stream online at agingpharma.org. The registration page calls it Boston.

The main program runs October 1-3. The Longevity Medicine Forum and an XPRIZE Healthspan finalists workshop are on October 1, the AI in Drug Discovery Forum on October 2, and the Pet and Animal Longevity Forum and a virtual aging cell forum on October 3.

If you were planning to go, check the registration page first. On September 29 all three ticket types, Academic, Non-Academic and Virtual, read “Registration closed”.

What happened to Copenhagen

ARDD had been held in Copenhagen with University of Copenhagen researchers among its organizers, and the 2026 edition was planned there for August. It was cancelled in March 2026.

The reason is not on the public record, and this page does not supply one. longevity.technology reported on March 18, 2026 that Morten Scheibye-Knudsen, a University of Copenhagen professor and one of the meeting’s organizers, had announced the cancellation on LinkedIn. It quoted him saying the University of Copenhagen had decided it would not be able to host the conference in its current form. The same report said the reasons remained unclear, and that the meeting would continue in Boston in October.

Why this page exists

A cancelled edition keeps living in event calendars long after the organizer moves on. When Healthspan Economy last read the third-party calendars that listed ARDD, on September 19, 2026, none of those it could read had corrected the date or the city, six months after the cancellation. One had filed the cancelled Copenhagen edition as though it had taken place.

That is the ordinary way a listing goes stale. Read the organizer’s own page and carry the date you read it. Every event in the events directory shows the date it was last checked.
