A clinic’s price on the internet has an age, and almost nobody tells you what it is. We decided to find out how old ours were.

Between November 2 and 3, 2026, we re-checked every organization published in the Atlas: all 493. Each fact on each profile was read again against a named source, dated, and labeled by where it came from. 471 profiles now carry that evidence. The other 22 are blocked or waiting on an editor’s ruling, and they say so on the page.

375 profiles had at least one value we changed or withdrew.

Prices moved most: 293 profiles. Leadership changed on 163, funding on 84, services on 82, ownership on 62, founding year on 44, location on 42 and the website itself on 13. Some of this is the world moving. Some of it was our record being wrong. Both get the same treatment: the new value goes in, the old one stays in the note with the date it was replaced.

A few examples.

Cent, in Bengaluru, was recorded with a USD 5 million seed round. Its own site states a USD 15 million Series A.

Samsung Medical Center’s health promotion program was recorded at KRW 300,000. The published range is KRW 1.87 million to 8.2 million.

The Rosewood Clinic in Kuala Lumpur was recorded as not publishing prices. It does, from RM250.

Function Health’s founding year is no longer shown, because the sources we checked disagree: 2021 or 2023. We would rather show the gap than pick one.

Innerwell’s own site now says it has closed. Its profile stays, marked closed, because a record that forgets closures is not a record.

How each fact is labeled

Checked: we saw it on an exact page, on a stated date. 2,207 facts.

Company says: from the organization’s own site, not confirmed elsewhere. 372.

Reported: from a named outlet, not confirmed by the company. 223.

Not found: we looked, said where, and found nothing. 398.

Not yet checked: usually because a site blocks automated reading. 239.

We do not work around a block. Those facts wait, visibly, until the organization confirms them or the block lifts.

The checking was done by software agents reading each organization’s own pages and named reporting, with every judgment call (closures, renames, what counts as in scope) left to an editor.

Since this check, 64 organizations have moved to our Not Included list or closed; both are on the site, with reasons.

What happens next

Records drift, so the check repeats. Prices are the fastest-moving field, and they will be re-read most often.

If you run an organization in the Atlas and something on your profile is out of date, use the correction path on your profile or write to [email protected]. Corrections are free and they are logged. We cannot sell you a better record, and we would not want to.
