As of October 5, 2026, Healthspan Economy records Long Life Clinic and Tiara Health Marbella in Marbella, both on the Spain page. One is a preventive and hormone medicine practice that retests its patients every 90 days, and the other sells a year-long longevity program with a published price.
Counts as of October 5, 2026. The operators are as recorded from their own sites on September 30, 2026, and the search is as run on October 5, 2026.
Spain holds 9 counted organizations. Marbella sits below the threshold for a city figure of its own, so the Spain page names both without a separate Marbella count, and this page does the same.
The operators
Each is described as the atlas record describes it, from the operator’s own site.
Long Life Clinic is a preventive and hormone medicine clinic on the Costa del Sol, directed by Dr. Jean Garant, which says it has operated since 1991. Its Longevity Program starts with genetic analysis, a blood panel of more than a hundred biomarkers and an EpiAge biological age test. It builds a protocol from those, retests the biomarkers at 90 days and describes quarterly retesting to track biological age, reviewing the results with the patient each time. Consultations run in person in Marbella or by video. It publishes no price.
Tiara Health Marbella is a physician-led clinic with six clinical pathways, from preventive health and hormones to gut health and performance, plus aesthetics. Its Longevity Programme is priced from €6,000. Home test kits arrive first, then a clinic day of medical, nutritional and movement consultations with metabolic, cardiovascular and cognitive diagnostics, then a consultations day about two weeks later. After that come monthly check-ins, quarterly clinical reviews, a six-month interim review and a full re-assessment at twelve months, with every result reviewed by the team together.
The difference between them is mostly in how the year is sold. Tiara prices the whole year as one program. Long Life Clinic builds the protocol first and quotes after.
Nearby, Menoclinica by Palacios, a menopause center, lists a Malaga site. The atlas files it under women’s health, not longevity medicine.
What a search returns instead
On October 5, 2026, Healthspan Economy ran a web search for “longevity clinic Marbella”. It returned nine results: a hotel trade announcement of a Lanserhof resort, two copies of a golf news item on Tiara Health’s opening, a Buchinger Wilhelmi page, a local listings page for Tiara, two pages from a medical tourism marketplace and two copies of a wealth magazine feature on spas and retreats across Spain.
Tiara was findable, through a golf site. Long Life Clinic did not appear, and none of the nine was a guide to Marbella’s operators. A person asking that day would have read more about a resort announcement than about the clinic that says it has been there since 1991.
What this page does not cover
The atlas has not read Spain’s rules for licensing a clinic, so this page says nothing about them. It is a floor, not a census: on September 29, 2026 the atlas held no Marbella record at all, and both rows were read and recorded within the week, as Where are the longevity clinics in Mallorca? also shows for the islands. What these prices sit beside elsewhere is in What does a longevity clinic cost?, and why a figure measures where the atlas has looked is in How many longevity clinics are there.
This is a record, not medical advice.
