The name that is not in the count

Prenuvo, the whole-body MRI company, is recorded in the atlas under the United States. Its own locations page, read on September 29, 2026, lists two clinics in British Columbia: North Vancouver and Vancouver. Because the atlas files an organization under one country, those clinics do not appear in the Canada figure or on the Canada page.

That is a limit of the count, not a verdict on the company. A figure here measures where an operator is filed and where the atlas has looked. The atlas recorded no Canadian organization at all until August 9, 2026, when all of the rows above were added in a single pass.

What Canadian law licenses

On the law Healthspan Economy has read, which is federal law and Ontario, no license category exists for a longevity clinic. What is regulated sits elsewhere.

Ontario inspects out-of-hospital premises by procedure. The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario’s program is triggered by procedures performed under anesthesia or sedation and by specified cosmetic procedures, not by the type of clinic, and a premises doing only consultations, blood testing or imaging does not need to notify.

The Canada Health Act bars extra-billing and user charges for insured health services. Services that are not insured fall outside those restrictions. Ontario separately licenses integrated community health services centres, keyed to services whose facility costs the province pays.
