Healthspan Economy records 7 organizations with a site in Riyadh, named and counted on the Saudi Arabia page. One of them is a hospital department rather than a boutique: King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre’s Department of Executive Health Medicine.
Counts as of September 29, 2026. The operators and the search results are as read on September 29, 2026.
Who is on the record
Each is described here as the atlas record describes it, from the operator’s own site.
KFSHRC Department of Executive Health Medicine runs executive check-ups, preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine and personalized medicine under physician leadership, on the hospital’s Riyadh and Jeddah campuses. The same hospital runs a Centre for Genomic Medicine and a precision medicine program.
Shift Clinics is headquartered in Jeddah with sites in Riyadh and Dammam. It sells a branded Longevity Program and a High Performance Executive Journey beside physiotherapy, and a large share of its business is corporate wellness for employers.
Effect Doctors London KSA is the Saudi arm of a London clinic group. It runs doctor-led IV drips, blood testing, boosters and weight loss programs from clinics in Al Malqa and Al Maseef, with home and hotel visits.
Earthy Center describes itself as the first chiropractic and holistic medical practice licensed in Saudi Arabia by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine. It combines functional and naturopathic medicine with chiropractic, osteopathy and acupuncture in wellness and longevity programs.
Novo Genomics and Al Borg Diagnostics are laboratories. Novo Genomics is a CAP-accredited genomics lab headquartered in Riyadh, offering whole genome and exome sequencing, pharmacogenomics and genetic counseling. Al Borg Diagnostics, founded in Jeddah, describes itself as the largest private laboratory chain in the Gulf. It sells executive check-up panels through its Riyadh branches.
That is what a Riyadh answer looks like when it comes from records: an academic hospital program, a physiotherapy-rooted longevity brand, an IV clinic, a complementary medicine practice and laboratories. It is a floor, not a census. It measures where the atlas has looked and in which language, as How many longevity clinics are there explains for the whole map.
What a search returns instead
On September 29, 2026, Healthspan Economy ran a web search for “longevity clinic Riyadh”. It returned press releases about a wellness hub’s opening, a waiting list page for a European clinic brand’s Saudi launch, several operators’ own pages and a page of templated “longevity specialist” listings that the atlas has seen generated for any city name.
The one result framed as a guide was titled as a guide to the best anti-aging and regenerative medicine clinics in Saudi Arabia. Read in full, it names no clinic. It explains stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma in general terms and sends the reader to a quote form.
So a person asking that evening got pages that each speak for one operator, and nothing that sets them side by side. The hospital department at the top of this page did not appear in the results at all.
One brand the record got wrong
Longevity Wellness Hub, a human optimization brand with Dubai and Riyadh sites, was marked closed in the atlas because its original domain redirects to a domain sale page. On September 30, 2026 the operator’s other domain, longevity-hub.io, was read in full. It lists Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah, carries a Riyadh phone number, sells a Riyadh intro offer priced in riyals and has articles dated February 2026. The closed mark came from a dead domain, and it is removed, with a dated entry on the corrections page.
The site names no clinician, and it does not say when the Riyadh hub opened. The record says what the site says and no more. Whether a recovery and biohacking studio meets the atlas’s delivery bar is a separate question that is open.
What this page does not cover
It does not cover Jeddah, which the Saudi Arabia page lists as a concentration of its own, or the Clinique La Prairie health resort at AMAALA on the Red Sea coast. It says nothing about how Saudi Arabia licenses a clinic; that is set out from primary sources in Longevity Clinic Regulation, Market by Market. The wider Gulf picture, including Riyadh’s research funding, is in The Gulf is becoming the axis of the longevity economy.
This is a record, not medical advice.
