As of October 5, 2026, Healthspan Economy records 4 longevity and preventive organizations in Zurich, named and counted on the Switzerland page: AEON, AYUN, LongevityNow and Ahead Health. SENSES also runs a Zurich base and is counted under Spain, where its first site is. All but LongevityNow publish a price on their own site, and the prices buy different things.
Counts as of October 5, 2026. The operators and prices are as recorded from their own sites, each with its date; the search is as run on October 5, 2026.
The operators
Each is described as the atlas record describes it, from the operator’s own site.
AEON sells preventive whole-body MRI check-ups directly to individuals in Zurich. Its Starter check-up combines a high-resolution whole-body MRI with 22 biomarkers, an online report and a doctor consultation, and the Plus and Premium tiers add body composition, a personalized plan, genetic testing and a longevity consultation. The doctor consultation is in all three tiers. Prices run from CHF 2,490 to CHF 6,990, as read on October 3, 2026.
AYUN is a longevity clinic at Uraniastrasse 18, run by AYUN Schweiz GmbH. Its three Longevity Check-ups pair a measured baseline, from a blood panel and a genetic panel to body composition and a VO2 max test, with a physician consultation before and a medical consultation after that goes through every result. They run from CHF 2,499 to CHF 7,299, as read on October 5, 2026.
LongevityNow is a physician-led practice whose Longevity Program is a cycle of five stages: a baseline wider than an annual physical, a personalized plan, supervised interventions, re-measurement and adjustment. It describes the program as 12 to 24 weeks and says the cycle repeats for years, and two named physicians design and deliver each plan. It publishes no price.
Ahead Health, on Witellikerstrasse, sells a membership of blood tests tracked over time across more than 80 biomarkers, each result turned into a plan the operator says Swiss physicians write. It starts at CHF 299 a year, as read on September 11, 2026. Whole-body MRI is offered to members at member prices and is not part of the membership.
SENSES runs a private program for one client at a time, in a villa in Mallorca or at a base in Zurich, in a one-week or two-week format with clinical interpretation and written next steps. It publishes CHF 70,000 a week, and says program and shared-stay fees are confirmed in a proposal.
What the prices buy
The figures are not the same kind of price. AEON and AYUN sell a single check-up, a day or two of testing and a consultation. Ahead Health sells a year of blood tests. SENSES sells a week of a physician’s time. A single set of numbers would suggest an order that is not there, so the atlas records, for each price, what it covers, and What does a longevity clinic cost? sets Switzerland’s published prices beside the other countries by that unit. The two check-up prices come from operators who say a doctor reads the result inside the price, which is the question Does a full-body scan include a doctor? asks of scans.
How Switzerland regulates them
The atlas read Switzerland’s rules from federal sources and last checked them in July 2026. There is no federal longevity category. A clinic’s facility license is a cantonal operating permit (Betriebsbewilligung), so the issuing authority for a Zurich clinic is the canton’s, and the atlas has not read Canton Zurich’s own guidance. Substantially manipulated cells are transplant or medicinal products that need Swissmedic authorization under the Therapeutic Products Act, and unauthorized cell products are permitted only inside an approved trial or under an individual import. The revised Federal Act on Human Genetic Testing is reported to bring genetic tests outside the medical context, including lifestyle and nutrition tests, under regulation; its entry into force date and exact scope are not confirmed against the federal text. The full set is on the Switzerland page, and how it sits beside other markets is in Longevity Clinic Regulation, Market by Market.
What a search returns instead
On October 5, 2026, Healthspan Economy ran a web search for “longevity clinic Zurich” and read the ten results. They were LongevityNow’s two pages, AYUN’s page, the Longevity Center’s own page for its Swiss site and three directory profiles of the same centre, a Swiss directory page headed “10 Verified Clinics”, and Elysium Institut, an apheresis clinic. Two operators on this record appear. AEON, Ahead Health and SENSES do not appear in the ten.
So the existing answers are directories and operators’ own pages, and they name two operators the atlas has not recorded for Zurich. The Longevity Center lists a Zurich centre, but the price list the atlas read is for its Warsaw centre and its Swiss page carries no price, so the atlas records Warsaw only. Elysium Institut has not been read against the bar. This page does not judge either. What the record adds is the published price for every operator but one, with the date each was read, and what each price covers.
What this page does not cover
It is a floor, not a census: on September 29, 2026 the atlas held only Ahead Health in Zurich, and the other operators were read and recorded within the following week. It does not cover Geneva, Lausanne or Montreux, which the Switzerland page counts under their own operators. It says nothing about whether a program works, and it covers the prices operators publish, not what a patient spends after the first purchase. Why a count measures where the atlas has looked is in How many longevity clinics are there.
This is a record, not medical advice.
