The hospitals

Each is described as the atlas record describes it, from the operator’s own site.

The Asan Medical Center Health Screening Center belongs to the hospital in Songpa-gu affiliated with Ulsan University. It offers cancer screening, cardiac PET-CT and genomic risk profiling. In 2023 it launched an AI-guided precision screening protocol. Asan also runs, in partnership, the executive health center at Korean Medical Center Doha, which is on the record in Where are the longevity clinics in Doha?

The Samsung Medical Center Health Promotion Center is in Gangnam. It publishes its package prices: in August 2026 its basic comprehensive check-up was listed at 791,000 won for men and 851,000 won for women, with an overnight VIP program at 6,800,000 won.

The Severance Hospital Health Promotion Center is part of the Yonsei University Health System in Seodaemun-gu. Beside cancer, cardiac and functional screening it runs a precision preventive program that adds polygenic risk scores, microbiome profiling and genomic variant analysis.

The Hanaro Medical Foundation runs screening centers in Gangnam and Jongno, with outpatient and specialty clinics behind them, and describes a single pathway from screening to treatment.

The atlas also records Chaum, the anti-aging and executive health center of CHA Health Systems in Gangnam, with an anti-aging clinic and a premium check-up center. It is counted in the Seoul figure and in South Korea’s total of 7. Until September 30, 2026 its record had no site-level location, so the country page counted it in the total and placed it in no city. The Gangnam address is now on the record, taken from Chaum’s own site.

What a search returns instead

On September 29, 2026, Healthspan Economy ran a web search for “longevity clinic Seoul”. It returned a medical travel booking marketplace’s Seoul listing, several Gangnam clinics offering NAD+ and glutathione drips, biological age tests and anti-aging programs in English, a plastic surgery center, a planned longevity resort brand and a templated “longevity specialist” listing the atlas has seen generated for any city name.

None of the hospitals above appeared. That is not because they are hidden. Their centers sell a comprehensive health screening, 종합검진, and describe it that way. A search for the word longevity finds whoever uses the word, and that evening it was mostly private IV and aesthetic clinics.

So the reader who searched in English that evening was shown private clinics and none of the hospital screening centers. That is one search on one evening, not a measurement. It is what a person asking would have seen.

What this page does not cover
